Your first appointment, explained
Your initial consultation is about 60 minutes and covers a lot of ground — but it's also relaxed and conversational. You'll leave feeling heard and with a clear plan in hand.
- 1
Before your appointment
You'll receive a short health intake form to complete. This helps us use your consultation time effectively.
- 2
During the consultation
We'll go through your full health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and your goals. Lots of questions, genuine listening.
- 3
Your personalised plan
You'll receive a written summary and personalised action plan after your appointment — practical, clear, and doable.
- 4
Ongoing support
Follow-up appointments keep you accountable and allow us to adjust the plan as you progress. You're never just left to figure it out.
You may be able to claim a rebate
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I'm eligible to provide consultations under a GP Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan — meaning Medicare rebates may significantly reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
Many private health funds also cover dietitian consultations. Check with your insurer or give me a call and I can help guide you through the options.
- Book and attend an appointment with your GP
- Ask your GP for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan with a dietitian referral
- Bring your referral to your appointment with me
- Receive your Medicare rebate — up to 5 visits per year
Rebate at a Glance
Rebate amounts vary. Contact your GP or health fund for specific figures. Happy to discuss on a discovery call.
